Can PairLume staff read my sessions?

Access is restricted and audited, and is only used where it is necessary to operate the service, investigate a report, or resolve a dispute you raised.

Is my session used to train AI models?

No. Your conversations are not used to train public models.

How do I delete my account?

From your account settings, or by asking us from the email on the account. Some financial records are retained where the law requires it.

What PairLume stores, who can see your sessions, how partner privacy works, what we do not do with your conversations, and how to delete your account.

This page describes how the product behaves. The legally binding version is the [privacy policy](/privacy policy), and where the two differ, the policy governs.

What we store

Account basics: email, sign in method, and the display name you choose. Session content and recaps, tied to your account. Bookings, wallet transactions and purchases. Community posts under your pseudonym. Technical data needed to run and secure the service.

Who can see what

Partner privacy is enforced at the database level, not by hiding a button in the interface. A partner cannot query their way into your solo work.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your session conversations to train public models. We do not show your real name in the community. We do not share your booking history with other professionals on the platform.

Professionals and notes

A professional you book can keep notes on your work together. Notes are private to them until they choose to release a copy to you, at which point it appears in your booking. Other professionals cannot see them.

Security

Access to your data requires your authenticated session, and our database enforces per user access rules on every table rather than trusting the app to ask nicely. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Your controls

Edit or remove your profile details at any time. Turn location sharing on or off, and choose whether it appears to other members. Delete individual community posts. Delete your account, which removes your personal data on our side, subject to the records we must keep for financial and legal reasons.

Children

PairLume is for adults. Accounts are not intended for anyone under eighteen, and the community applies an age gate.
