Join PairLume as a Wellness Professional: Apply and Get Paid
What PairLume asks of professionals who apply, how listings and availability work, how payouts and disputes are handled, and what leads to removal.
If you work with couples or individuals on relationships, you can list on PairLume. Here is what that involves, before you spend time on an application.
Applying
Start at [apply as a wellness professional](/apply wellness professional). The application asks for your identity documents, your training and credentials, your licence details where you hold one, your focus areas, languages, region, and how you describe your work. Every claim you want on your public profile needs a document behind it. The review process is described in full on [how we verify experts](/how we verify).
Your listing
You set your own rates and session lengths. You control your calendar, and the availability shown on your card comes straight from it, so an open slot is a real one. You write your own profile copy, within the rule that we will not publish guarantees of outcome or clinical claims that your credentials do not support.
Availability and exceptions
Set recurring weekly availability, then add exceptions for holidays and one off changes. Bookings close a slot immediately. Keeping the calendar honest is the single biggest factor in how many bookings you get, because couples book the person who is genuinely free this week.
Sessions and notes
Each booking opens a video room around the scheduled time. You can keep private notes on your work and release a copy to the client when it helps them. Clients cannot see unreleased notes and other professionals cannot see them at all.
Payouts
Earnings from completed sessions accumulate in your payouts area, with a line per booking showing the gross amount, the platform share, and what is due to you. Payouts run on a schedule to the account you verified during onboarding. Disputed bookings are held until the dispute closes.
Disputes
Clients can dispute a booking. You are asked for your account, and our team decides based on attendance data, the message thread and both accounts. You cannot resolve a dispute yourself, which protects you as much as the client: it means no client can pressure you privately for a refund.
Reviews
Clients can review after a completed session. You can see and respond to reviews in your portal. We remove reviews that break our content rules, and we do not remove reviews for being negative.
What gets a listing suspended
Repeated late cancellations or no shows, pressure to take payment off platform, claims we cannot support, boundary or conduct complaints, and a lapsed licence presented as current.
What we ask in return
Work inside your scope, refer out when someone needs clinical care you cannot provide, respond to messages within a reasonable time, and keep your calendar accurate. That is most of it.
