How to Write Helpful Comments in PairLume Community
The best replies are shorter than you think and warmer than they sound in your head. A few habits that work.
The most upvoted comments in Community are almost never the longest ones. They are the ones that make the person who posted feel less alone, and then offer one small, specific thing to try.
Start by naming what you heard. Something like, that sounds exhausting, or the part about the silence at dinner really stuck with me. It sounds obvious, but it tells the poster that a real person read the whole thing.
Then, if you have advice, keep it to one idea. Not a list. One thing that worked for you, framed as your experience, not as a rule. People are much more willing to try something when it is offered gently.

Skip diagnosing. Community is a place to talk, not a clinic. If someone clearly needs a wellness professional, you can say so once and then let them decide. The rest is just being a good neighbor at the kitchen table.
