One page of rules, written the way we would explain them to a friend joining for the first time.

Be kind to the person on the other side of the screen. Assume they are a real human having a hard day.

Do not share names, phone numbers, workplaces, or anything that could identify your partner or ex without their consent. This is the fastest way to get removed.

No advertising, no coaching offers, no affiliate links. If you are a wellness professional and want to help, apply to be listed on PairLume so people can find you the proper way.

No explicit images anywhere outside the eighteen plus Rooms, and even there you must follow the Room specific rules.

Disagreement is welcome. Cruelty is not. If you would not say it to someone sitting across a table from you, do not post it.

If a moderator asks you to edit a post, edit it. If you disagree, use the appeal button. Do not fight moderators in the comments.

These rules are enforced by a mix of our AI auto moderator and human moderators. Both make mistakes. Both can be appealed.
